We aim to ensure that all items are delivered within 2 to 3 working days of any order being placed (excluding weekends). Items ordered before 2pm as part of our express delivery option will be delivered the next working day (excluding weekends)
Which couriers do you use?
We only use reputable couriers. Our two main couriers are DPD and Interlink.
What time is my delivery?
Our couriers normally deliver between 9am and 6pm. If you do require an AM delivery then please contact our sales team on 0161 883 2351 and they can arrange that for you.
Where can I get an update on my delivery?
Once your order has been booked in we will email you the tracking number along with the details of the courier that has been used. You can then track your order using the couriers tracking system.
Before you Order
Is the product in stock?
Over 95% of the products we sell are ready to be dispatched from our warehouse straight away. If the items is not in stock then it is marked out of stock.
Are your products UK specification?
Yes we source all products from UK distributors which ensures they come with the correct firmware and manufacturer backed warranty/support.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a 3 year warranty on all the products we sell. Competitors only offer 2 years on Hikvision cameras, we better this by offering 3 years on cameras and recorders.
Do you give discounts or price match?
If you find any of the Hikvision range of products we sell cheaper elsewhere we are more than happy to match or better the price. From time to time we also offer discount codes.
Will you help me set my product up?
We offer technical support to our customers as and when required. This includes any setup questions you may have. You can also refer to our video tutorial guides.
Why can't i order for weekend delivery?
Unfortunately due to courier costs we do not offer weekend delivery. Sorry, for this option not being available.
After You've Ordered
I want to return my product. What should I do?
You can return your product for an exchange or full refund as long as it hasn't been used. We offer a 14 day return period on all orders (trade customers please refer to our terms section).
I didn't get any paperwork. Where's my invoice?
You can print a copy of your invoice by going to the 'My Account' section on our site. If you did not create an account you can still print off an invoice by using the email address you used at checkout and requesting a new password. Once you have received the password you can login.
My product has a fault what should i do?
In the event of a fault please contact our technical support team on 0161 883 2351 option 2 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will endeavour to diagnose and resolve the fault for you.
